🔍 The Role

As Head of Product, you will lead product strategy, vision, and execution across the Asteris.ai platform. You will collaborate with AI researchers, designers, marketers, and engineers to build intuitive, scalable, and differentiated products for the global marketing ecosystem.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Translate evolving LLM and generative AI capabilities into real, usable product features.

User-Centered Product Development

Champion UX/UI excellence and lead product discovery efforts across customer segments.
Ensure frictionless, intuitive user journeys for marketers and content creators.

Go-to-Market & Market Insight

Conduct market research, user segmentation, and competitive analysis to guide product prioritization.
Translate marketing workflows into compelling product solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with an engineering counterpart to scope and deliver LLM-based features at pace.
Work closely with marketing and growth to align product development with customer acquisition and engagement.

Global Product Experience

Design products suitable for the US, UK, and European markets with nuanced understanding of their marketing landscapes.

📚 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA from a top-tier institution.
15+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or AI startups.
Deep knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and their commercial applications.
Generative AI superuser with excellent prompt engineering skills.
Proven ability to launch high-quality products with top-tier UX and measurable impact.
Experience in both startup and enterprise environments.
Understanding of how marketing teams operate, including campaign management, content creation, performance tracking, and social-media management.
Strong grasp of agile, lean, and data-informed product development.
Excellent stakeholder management, team-building, and communication skills.

🌍 Bonus Points

Background in AI agent ecosystems or marketing automation tools
Experience leading cross-cultural and distributed teams.
Familiarity with growth marketing techniques across US, UK and EU markets.
